Our Payment Processor

Mahadsec uses Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription or any product from Mahadsec, your transaction is processed by Paddle. Paddle's name (or "Paddle.net") will appear on your bank or card statement.

All refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and Paddle's Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You can cancel your subscription:

  • Through your account settings on mahadsec.com.
  • Through Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net.
  • By emailing [email protected].

Consumer Right to Cancel (EU/EEA and UK)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of completing a transaction without giving any reason.

Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content (including labs, courses, and platform access) that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise use, or to products from which you have already had benefit.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through one of the following channels:

  • Paddle's buyer portal (recommended): Visit paddle.net and follow the refund request flow.
  • Email: Send a message to [email protected] with your account email address, transaction or order ID, and the reason for your request.

All refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original transaction date.

Tax Refunds

If you are a business that was charged sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar consumption taxes on your transaction, and you are registered for that tax in your country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the relevant tax amount as permitted by applicable law.

To request a tax refund, contact us within 60 days of the transaction date and provide a valid sales tax code or tax exemption certificate for your country.
